our staff live to
love jesus, love kids, and love kids to Jesus.

Sarah Brooks - dudgeon

north coast family fellowship kids director

Sarah oversees all Children's Ministries at North Coast Family Fellowship and is a mighty partner to NC Pre. Sarah's desire is to see kids of all ages and stages encounter the life-changing love of Jesus Christ. With a master's degree in Secondary Education, Sarah has a background of teaching in the public education system as well as leading church programming. She leads a team of dedicated NCFF volunteers who create dynamic, memorable, and life shaping experiences through the various programs that happen throughout the week.

Arlene Stahly

NC Pre director

Arlene grew up in Warrenton and graduated from Warrenton High School.  She has a diploma in Early Childhood Education and General Business from Clatsop Community College.  Arlene is married with three adult children, and she resides in the Jewell area of Clatsop County. Arlene has been involved in children’s ministry for over 36 years. Along with teaching Sunday School and many different Vacation Bible School ministries, Arlene has been in active leadership for AWANA Clubs for 25 years. Arlene has a huge heart for the salvation of the next generation and feels strongly that our time to share the Lord with young people is growing shorter.  Her joy of working with young children led her to the development and start up of Charis Kids in Cannon Beach, Oregon.  Arlene has also had the pleasure of working at Calvary Lutheran Preschool in Hillsboro, Oregon which is a “learn by play” preschool.  As the current Director of NC Pre, Arlene seeks to combine both the skills that come with an “academic” program and the freedom to explore that children gain from a “learn by play” program into a well-rounded preschool education for the children of Clatsop County.

Becca Scott

NC pre Assistant teacher and summer program director

Becca moved to the coast from the Seattle area in the fall of 2020, graduated from the Christian Culinary Academy in 2021, and joined the NC Pre team in 2022/23.  She has a variety of experience both in leadership positions and working with kids throughout high school and her adult life. She has been involved in after-school programs at public elementary schools, led and participated in several community volunteer programs, and has been involved with both the church she grew up in and, since moving to the coast, NCFF! Most recently, she has volunteered at NCFF through AWANA and one of the preschool Sunday school classes. Becca is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education from Western Governors University.

Kim Campbell-West

NC pre assistant teacher

Kim is our amazing NC Pre teaching assistant on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She has been a wonderful volunteer in the NCFF Children's Ministry nursery for many years, and we are so grateful to have her assistance this year.

marti darcangelo

North coast family fellowship finance director

Marti is the warm smile, kind heart, and true 'answer person' that greets you the moment you walk into the office. She works directly under the Lead Pastor,  heads up financial operations, and helps with the behind-the-scenes organizational aspects of Sunday mornings. She and her husband, John, delight in living on the North Oregon Coast with their rescued pup, Roman.
